Mahir Powerpoint Cara Merapikan objek dengan fitur align

Cara Merapikan objek dengan fitur align pada Powerpoint
Merapikan, meluruskan, atau mensejajarkan objek atau elemen secara manual membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang panjang. Hasilnya pun terkadang tidak rapi dan tidak seimbang. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, fitur align dapat digunakan untuk mengatur objek atau elemen dengan mudah, rapi, dan presisi. Pada prinsipnya fitur align ini dapat kita gunakan untuk mengatur posisi objek atau elemen apapun pada powerpoint.
Sebagai contoh kita ingin mengatur posisi shapes. Gambar di bawah ini menunjukkan posisi shapes yang tidak teratur.



Untuk merapikannya, dapat dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut:

1)   Seleksi semua shape dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengklik satu persatu sambal menekan tombol shift pada keyboard atau klik dan drag semua shape yang akan dirapikan atau dengan menekan tombol ctrl  + A pada keyboard hingga muncul tanda seleski pada shapes seperti gambar berikut.
2)    Atur posisi shapes dengan cara klik menu Format, Align lalu pilih sesuai keinginan. Misalnya kita ingin shapes rata kiri, maka pilihannya adalah Align Left sehingga posisi shapes rata kiri seperti gambar di bawah ini


Catatan:
-          Align Left = rata kiri
-          Align Center = rata tengah
-          Align Right = rata kanan
-          Align Top = rata atas
-          Align Middle = rata tengah
-          Align Bottom = rata bawah
-          Distribute Horizontally = mengatur jarak secara horizontal
-          Distribute Vertically = mengatur jarak secara vertical
3)      Lakukan pengaturan untuk merapikan objek atau elemen dengan pilihan fitur Align yang lain.

    This tutorial very usefull for beginners, because this post give instruction to make a good object. This is be one of the beginners' problem frequently that how to make power point. Which is very good for beginner who just start how to make a good presentation by using powerpoint.
